Information of installment of overflowed fence
General Information
Firstly one must inspect the section that the fence is going to be installed on. Determination of level of foundation is important for whole fencing and if there is indispensable from the point of view of big inclination of basis, amount of jump of foundation and also its largeness. With the assistance of string we appoint a line, according to which we will dig the foundation, and places of planned pillars. Distance between pillars should be selected so applicable fulfillment such as wood or metal had the measurement around 2,5-3,0 meters among walls of pillars. Standard height of pillar is made of 7 elements tj. 112 cm, and the height of pedestal 2 elements tj. 32 cm (heights given are do not include the height with the canopy). Maximum height of fencing commits for 1,60 meter.
Foundation
Depth of foundation should be below zone of congelation in given area of country tj. about 80-100 cm. This guarantees the stability of the fence for many years. During the overflowing of concrete the armaments from metal rods horizontal and also vertical in order to reinforce the construction. During installment of pedestals vertical armaments should be sticking out at least 5cm from the overflowed concrete, and in the installment of pillars it should be 40-50 cm above foundation. In the area of higher humidity or a higher level of ground waters it is possible to use indemnifying tarpaper in between foundation and overflowed fence. Then, height of foundation should not be superior than level of basis.
Installment
Foundation should be finished at least 4 weeks before the installment of pillars. Pillars and pedestals are laid “on dry” on earlier prepared places in case some of the pedestal does not fit to the pillar. We spread the fence and once again the first two coats gluing them together with an optional powder glue for the application of exteriors. After an indicated time has passed by, by the producer of needed glue to relating joint, in prepared places inside of the pedestals we lay arm rods on every layer of pedestal so that there are no places left without armaments. In places of pillars we lay at least 4-arm rods vertically of the length no smaller than the height of the pillar. The ready fence has to be filled with a ready cement mortar of a semi-wet consistency i.e. the water should not automatically waste from mortars. We lay the concrete with bricklayer’s glue trying not to dirty it. We can in this purpose execute a frame from timber or a slab with an opening about 9cm and a length of about 40cm, for sanding pedestals, and also a frame with a square opening of about 21 cm for sanding pillars. After fulfillment of the fence we ram the concrete with a wooden peg and we form porous surface of concrete for gluing. The next day we lay down and glue the next two coats and just as before we fulfill it with bricklayer’s mortar. After all-out laying, fulfillment, and aligning the fence with cement we glue on the canopy with the same glue, that were glued with or semi-wet bricklayer’s mortar. For the obtainment for natural appearance it is possible to clearcole the fencing mid-dry mortar for natural stone and for elevation slabs from the firm STEGU®. It is possible to preserve the fencing after installment with a preservation chemical, “Alive Color for Stone”, from the firm STEGU®.
NOTE!
The above instruction does not guarantee the correct laying of fence from the point of view of the diversity of different conditions that the fence will be installed on. This is only a visual manner of structuring, but situations can result during installment requiring modified instruction, that is why the firm STEGU® does not take responsibility for the manner of installment at client liability.
